High Speed Die Cutting & Blanking
Universal has a fleet of high speed die cutters and blankers that can accommodate any size project ranging into the 10s of millions of pieces. We have the ability to auto strip which can pass along huge savings to our customers on large projects that require this operation.
Folder Gluing & Folding Carton
We are highly proficient in our folding & gluing department. Our equipment is fitted with back folding abilities. Straight Line Gluing, Iron Cross, 4 Corner Box, and 6 Corner Box can be done on our equipment along with simpler formats.

HP Imaging, Affixing, Barcode Read & Write and Verify
We have a number of HP Imaging machines that will allow us to do up to 4 operations in 1 pass. We have the ability to Read and Image multiple areas on a press sheet, Affix PI’s, Magnets, Booklets, CR-80 Cards and Pressure Sensitive Tape. This can be a huge savings on certain projects that require multiple operations.
